Analytics and user journey tools

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, page views, and lead events. We also use Microsoft Clarity to review anonymized user journeys, heatmaps, clicks, scrolling behavior, and recordings so we can improve the website experience.

Campaign attribution and cookies

When you visit from a campaign URL, we may store UTM parameters and ad click IDs such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid, and msclkid in your browser for up to 90 days. If you submit a form, this campaign snapshot is saved with the submission so our team can understand which source generated the lead.

Forms and sensitive content

Public forms collect only the details you choose to submit. Form fields are marked for Microsoft Clarity masking so typed form content is not intentionally captured in recordings. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, or message text to Google Analytics as lead events.

  • Admin pages are excluded from Microsoft Clarity tracking.
  • Analytics data may be processed by Google and Microsoft according to their own privacy and security terms.
  • You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, although this may reduce attribution accuracy.
