Wesal is the official communication and engagement platform of the Pilgrim Experience Program (PEP) under Saudi Vision 2030. It serves as a bridge between pilgrims, service providers, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and enriched spiritual journey for visitors to the Two Holy Mosques. Through Wesal, the program shares updates, gathers feedback, and enhances services, aiming to provide a memorable and transformative pilgrimage experience

Project Brief

In alignment with the Guests of the Rahman Service Program’s objectives, the project entailed the development of a comprehensive digital platform to manage municipal assets in key cities hosting pilgrims—Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, Taif, and Jamoum. The initiative aimed to design and implement a smart cities platform that integrates various services, ensuring seamless operations and an enhanced experience for the Guests of the Rahman.
