The client requested a mobile-first application that enables artisans to register their services, receive job requests, communicate with clients in real time, and receive payments securely. The platform also needed to support customers in easily browsing service providers, scheduling appointments, and tracking the job progress.

We developed an intuitive and secure platform tailored for both service providers and customers. The application includes two user flows: one for artisans to manage their profiles, accept jobs, and communicate; and another for clients to find nearby professionals, chat, and pay through integrated payment gateways.
